Unprofessional, not very well organized office. Lady running the front area was also a masseuse and was not the greatest. Not a bad massage but will not return.

The lady who seemed to be in charge wasn't very welcoming. She was more direct in speaking to you instead of making you feel comfortable (which is what I want when doing something like this). I also wasn't expecting it to be in building that looked like it used to be apartments. Ignoring all of those things, the massage was alright.

Massage therapists were late. We showed up for our appointment and the doors were still locked. We were the first appointment of the morning (for a couples massage) and the owner complained about it being too early on a weekend morning. The second massage therapist was late (we waited at least 20 minutes). Overall it was very unprofessional and the demeanor of the massage therapists was off-putting - very cold and rude. Hoping for a nice, relaxing experience with my partner, but it was just stressful and uncomfortable.

This was the worst massage experience I have ever had. The first appointment I was on my way there and got a text message that the massage therapist called in sick and they had no coverage then they told me I had to rebook within the hour or I would lose my spot because they fill up so quickly. When I finally went to my reschedule, the gentleman was 10 minutes late, I got there 5 minutes early and the doors were locked. Then it was just me and him in the entire facility, I didn't really like that and felt uncomfortable and couldn't wait for it to be over which was quick since he only did about 45 vs the 60 I paid for but I was so ready to leave I didn't care. I would NOT recommend.
