It was a wonderful experience. I received not only a facial but a hand, foot and shoulder massage. Doesn't get much better.

This business needs to consider an email or text confirmation for scheduled appointments. I showed up to my appointment to find out that the technician who was scheduled to take care of me never showed up. I posted about this on yelp, she replied rudely that I actually missed my appointment and it was the day before. I had never received a call from her to reschedule, isn't that what buisnesses do when a client doesn't show up? These people are unprofessional, a simple apology and call to reschedule would have been the best solution.
