I've been there previously for a couple of hair cuts, but this was the first time for a massage. very nice place!!

I have no complaints about the quality of the massage. However my appointment was at 12:30 I was there 15 minutes early and was not taken back to the room until 12:35 then there is the added time to undress and wait for her to come in. So I did not get my full hour. This is not my first massage and I have never been show to the massage room less that 5 minutes prior to my massage time. When I called and spoke with the massage therapist she said she does that with all her clients and she turned it around to make it be my fault for having to use the restroom. I was only in there for 1 minute, so who do you think the other 9 minutes fault lies at.
