The business initially required my vehicle to be left from 9 am until 4 pm, and I eventually was able to pick up my vehicle at 6 pm. In addition my car was not working appropriately after installing the parts required for the remote starter. I called initially and was told I would be contacted within the hour regarding plans to repair the problem. Instead I had to call them for days, and upon finally speaking with someone two days later, was told the "phone's were not working." Twenty-four hours later after calling three times, I spoke to the same person from the previous day, who stated they could repair the vehicle the next day and had an attitude with me after I questioned it taking t
