They are very welcoming. Rosanna did my hair and she is amazing. I had to pay an extra 15$ on top of price because my hair was thick and long, she makes sure she knows what you want before she starts cutting. Shampooer made sure I was comfortable.

Roseanna did an awesome job! The salon was clean and elegant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming so would definitely go back again.

I definitely recommend going to Gisu. I went for a shampoo, haircut, and blowout, and I was very pleased with how my hair turned out. I also give the service two thumbs up! I should also mention that there is a $10 up-charge if you have long or thick hair.
