About K-Strength Sports Training

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We offer large group training K-Fit HIIT Boot Camp Classes, K-Strong Strength Based classes. Semi-private personal training, Middle school to college athletic preparation training. Our company is different from the competition because we provide a more personalized, holistic, program that focusses on exercise, nutrition, supplementation, spiritual and mental health.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

K-Strength was created because having worked in this industry for 19 years prior starting K-Strength I saw that the industry as a whole was failing. Too many gimmicks, gyms popping up everywhere with so-called experts with little experience preaching to the masses, gyms racing to the bottom lowering prices and devaluing the industry, to much focus on quick fixes that rarely work or work only temporarily, not enough focus on improving lifestyle, spiritual and mental health as well as just looking better. I wanted to do things differently an offer clients the type of help and experience they need to reach their goals.

What do you love most about your job?

What I love most is the relationships I build with people and watching them change and grow and knowing I had a small hand in that.
