The staff was friendly but the vibrating machine might be one of the dumbest pieces of fitness equipment I've ever used. Don't waste your money.

The equipment was broken and you are just thrown in the room with no one checking in to make sure everything is alright. I didn't really feel any different than how I came in. I was told I would feel it in the morning but ummm nope
