I really had a great visit with Jacqueline Battaglia - she listened to me, did not dye my hair red, gave me a great blow-out, and then recommended products for how I like my curly hair to be. She also appreciated that I wanted products to keep my color as well as maintain my curls, so she made a few recommendations for products that could do both. I really appreciated that. I felt very comfortable during the process - I tried to explain to her how bad my past few tries at "managing" my early grays have been and she completely understood what I was saying and made me feel much better.

Salon seemed efficiently run and I got a great haircut.
