Waitstaff and management should learn a tag team system. Not organized and efficient for the caliber restaurant it 'appears to be.'

Really enjoyed great service by Ryan and the excellent food...wonderful atmosphere and my favorite was the asian coleslaw.

Make more fish (not just skewered) a part of the regular menu. A nice piece of haddock, salmon or swordfish would make the menu better. Keep the menu SIMPLE, people visiting Kennebunkport want more of something traditional, not overly fancy, there are plenty of other places for a pricey, fancy dinner.
