I had a two and a half hour appointment, one of which was just waiting for my assigned stylist. The haircut took about 15 minutes, then I received a conditioning treatment. The esthetician rinsed my hair, and another stylist gave me a blow out. My stylist Jackie must have overbooked herself because she had 3 clients during my session and all the other stylists were appointment-free. It was the longest time I've ever spent at a salon for maybe 30 minutes of actual service. Very disappointing. I was hoping for better because I'm familiar with Aveda products and had heard of their classes.

I do not think I will return. While the shampoo was amazing, I had to wait 25 minutes to see the stylist. She then has someone else shampoo me because she was busy with another client. She then came over, cut my hair for maybe 5 minutes, then went back to the other client and had someone else blow dry my hair. I did not feel important at all. I did not feel she took the time with me I deserved or even really listen to what i was wanting and she did not check to see if my hair was the same length all the way around. I swear one side is a tad longer than the other in the front. Unfortunately I will not be returning there, not will I recommend them to others.
