i’ve been coming to the fit factory for over a year now. all the instructors are so patient and knowledgeable. i’m so thankful for our long warm ups before class. if you don’t warm up properly, you can pull a muscle. i’m also SO close to achieving a split, thanks to the way we stretch before we get on the pole/lyra. the fit factory is my happy place! ❤️
