I am very pleased with my permanent upper and lower lid liner. It turned out better than I expected. I showed her a pic of me with how I applied my liner. She did just that but better! Joanne was awesome, she has a friendly personality that put me at ease. She asked how I was doing throughout the procedure. Joanne gave me detailed after care instructions before I left her office. She also told me I can come back for a touch up if needed in 3 weeks to 3 months. Also note her receptionist Heather is awesome too! Heather returns messages promptly, answered all my questions and called me the day before my appointment with a reminder. Yes, I recommend this merchant.

I'd been wanting to have the permanent eyeliner for a long time, but didn't know what to expect? Can't sugar coat it, It was uncomfortable, and I've been tattooed. I think the fear factor of having your eyes tattooed pushes it a bit! The entire time of my service, Joanne spoke to me calmly and reassuringly. It's been several weeks now and I will go back for my touchup! I'm happy with the results and look forward to adding some more!

Joanne was very nice and gave me exactly what I wanted - a natural looking permanent eyeliner. Yes, it is painful but she is quick and talks you through it. The inked area of my eyes ached for the first hour and was easily relieved with the instructions provided for follow-up. Four hours later I can't feel anything. Great deal.
