This gym is incredible, truly. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had no idea what I was doing, how to kickbox, I felt intimidated beyond belief and the people at Dragon Gym made me feel so comfortable, encouraged me, and welcomed me to the DGMT family! I would HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a kickboxing gym. Lonnie, Pablo, and Sammi are the BEST!

Exton yoga is a very challenging wonderful place to practice. Awesome instructors and lots of positive energy!
