Amy has been my aestitician for years and I am happy with her work. She has treated me with monthly micro peels or microdermabrasion, has adjusted my home care products depending on dry or oily skin, dry winters or humid summers. She is helpful, professional, friendly. I hope she continues at Radiance for many years.

I'd go back if I could get the reduced rate for service. $140 is too high for my budget to pay every monthly for a facial. But I would consider paying $70 every month for the service.

Very relaxing atmosphere.

Service was excellent, but was very unhappy that I paid $70 for a 75 min. service and only got 50 mins. I should of bought 60 mins rather then wasting my money. This also happen to a friend who called and complained and nothing could be done. I was back in my car within the hour. Very unhappy!

I would NEVER return to Radiance Medspa in Exton or EVER recommend them. The receptionist on every opportunity for communication was very rude and completely unprofessional. Also, the facial service was fair; however, it was rushed due to the fact that they had a booked schedule, even through I was on time, but again the receptionist was not at the desk upon my arrival. Also, the experience was not relaxing as the first thing I was told upon my service by the facialist was that it had to be done quickly due to their booked schedule.
