The cleanliness of spa

Not happy that the beds weren't heated. It was freezing in that place. Not enough massage in the end for the facial. I've had my arms massaged at other facilities. The receptionist was not pleasant, did not feel welcomed at all. :( Dissatisfied.

The lady who did my massage and facial was horrible. She was very cold. Never said hello or thank you. Arrived late and the front desk apologized for her. I felt like I was being massaged by a machine, not a person. She didn't explain anything during the facial or asked if I had a skin issues or concerns. It was clear that she hates her job and needs to find something else to do. Very snobby.

Interior looks cheap and I wasn't satisfied with my experience there. Would NOT recommend.

Very noisy & poor customer service at the front desk.
