Dr. Lindsey Calvert-Downey’s first brush with chiropractic medicine was at the age of 14. She went to see a chiropractor after sustaining several injuries showing horses, and the results made her a firm believer in the practice. Now at the helm of her own clinic, she helps alleviate her clients’ pain and treats fertility issues using chiropractic adjustments, spinal-decompression treatments, and acupuncture sessions. Dr. Calvert-Downey also holds a certificate in animal chiropractic, with a special interest in realigning the spines of dogs, horses, and stuffed animals that have been hugged too tightly.
