Jane and Grace are thorough massage therapists. They took their time and included you in the process, encouraging you to let them know what was needed at any point. Following the massage, they also answered many questions. It's a place I would certainly go back to.

Be available to answer the phone and call back in a timely manner. No one answered the phone each time I called or called me back in a timely manner.
