The person who helped me with framing was wonderfully patient and helpful. I'd never had anything framed before, and the piece I brought had a lot of sentimental value so I wanted to make it "just right". The person who helped me (I'm sorry I can't recall his name) let me take all the time I needed to find the just the right frame and mat, talked me through all my options, and gave me great advice. The result was a shadow box treatment where the mat, frame and inner frame lining could not have been more perfect for the piece itself. Thanks for a great experience and a wonderful final product.
