I've taken two classes there and I am very pleased with how kind and pleasant the staff are. I haven't practiced in about a year and the classes are challenging, they're relaxing and the other members all seem so happy to be there. The instructors are very enthusiastic too. They make you smile.

A wide variety of classes over a seven day period. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly instructors. I like it very much!

Very friendly and helpful owner was (wo)manning the front desk and made a great impression right from the start! Comfortable clean facility. Easy access, parking, etc.
