Best ceviche

The food was sensational. Some of the freshest seafood we've ever eaten. Our first time but definitely not our last time. We will recommend you to everyone we know! Peruvian cuisine is delicious! Our only suggestion was to either set the tables beforehand or to bring the appropriate silverware with the food. We had to ask for the silverware each time. However our waiter was very personable and explanatory. We had the feeling that you didn't have specific wait staff during the week when it is slower than the weekend.
