After using the free lesson. My two kids were hooked on learning such a great martial art! Not only are the instructors amazing, the whole atmosphere of the place is as well!

The instructors and students are great. I went there to try something new and for fitness but very quickly learned to admire Krav and the folks at America's Best.

Very good cardiovascular workout! The instructors are both personable and informative, they always put safety first. The more you go, the more you grow. Don't worry about how fit you are or aren't they'll whip you into shape and you'll love it when they do.

Be in some what good shape befor you start the class. Because I'm out of shape and it takes away from learning the technique a little
