I am a little torn giving this rating because I showed up to Moon at the time THEY scheduled me for only to learn that the office was on a lunch break for an hour....unsure why I was scheduled and drove over an hour to show up and everyone was gone. so I had to wait an hour to be seen. After that it was ok. I was seen by the dr and the treatment was started...I have been to a few other cryo places and they have big beds with lots of pillows and tvs etc. this was just a hospital gurney with a tiny inflatable airplane pillow not even in its own room...just a bed in a hallway with a curtain drawn around it. So not the most comfortable place to lay for an hour. They staff was nice and they gave me a free tightening treatment which was nice because they messed up so badly at the beginning.
