Love it here. Lisa is always so positive and encouraging but totally let’s you take your own pace when you need to. Every fitness level would feel comfortable going here.

Have only gone once, but am definitely excited to go again. Be ready to work! I used to dance ballet, and after the class I realized how much I missed it. The instructor was very helpful!
