Instantly felt some relief after adjustment, unfortunately, it appears I have spinal stenosis which can only be managed by doing certain exercises.

Very thorough exam and explanation of what was wrong with my shoulder. Gave me exercises to help with the problem, and did a gentle, but very helpful adjustment.
