Nadia is AMAZING. Extremely gentle and considerate of one's pain and comfort level. I came in to get a brazillian waxes and I will definitely be coming back! Excellent customer service.

The young girl who TRIED to do my hair wasn't even a hairdresser. Unfortunately I found out once she tried to finish my hair. Nadia came over and actually did some of my layers, she also did a horrible job.

Everything went well, Nadia really is very good and quick. Until she told that their Brazilian waxing does not include doing the back side for each they charge extra 15 $. How absurd is that? Everybody knows the definition of Brazilian waxing. i paid a 20 $ coupn for Brazillian waxing as adverised and I left home half waxed. I felt mistreated. Very disappointing. The place is looking not very clean also. Defininitely I will not return!
