Bought this because I had a great experience the first time I tried begginer’s yoga at the park with Barbara Chadderton. Now I find myself looking forward to Sunday yoga at the park! Highly recommended for newbies like me who are intimidated working out in large groups. Barbara always reminded us to listen to our bodies and modify as necessary.

Barbara is a compassionate teacher and appreciate that. I am new to yoga and she was very nice explaining the poses. I wi Definitely go more often.

I like the acceptance of each individual's yoga practice. They allow me to practice at my own skill level while not bringing the class to a halt for those with advanced practices. I have been attending Kellie's and Alexia's class and they both are wonderful! Everybody I know is looking for a studio like this so I will be bringing some friends to give it a try!
