The Venice location is great. The people are friendly. My only concern was with efficiency. Due to low staff, the mani/pedi I got and the mani my mom got took three hours! We only had one person working on both of us which is why it took so long. I've in other nail salons where there was one person for the hands and another for the feet. This cuts down the time in half. Other than tha I really liked the salon. I really love how my nails turned out!

Beautiful salon, professional operators. One of my nails was totally redone when a bubble in the polish was discovered. Loved this place.

Don't speak understanndable English, or kindly for that matter. The nail techs are great, it's the owner who is trouble.

Bad parking, owner complained to clients face that he felt her tip was not enough in front of everyone, didnt have enough staff on to handle people walking in, my person didnt speak a word of English and took 1.5 hours to do my pedi, mani and last he also didn't know how to do the massage part. Owner was also rude to a cliemt who walked in without an appointment. Not good. That owner needs to pay fir a manager with people skills and that place would do phenomenal business due to location.

The main woman is out for money! The two that worked on my were very sweet but had no skills. They barely touched my cuticles, did not paint the entire nail, did not clean under my nails and toe nails. My manicure looks home made. It has no shine whatsoever even after the top coat. I repeated that I wanted my toe nails filed more than four times, each time she nodded yes and then NEVER did it! Though that may be a language problem, she should have asked the English speaking women what I wanted. The only thing that was satisfactory was the callous removal, THEN the main woman wanted to overcharge me for it! She said $10 when it was clearly marked $7. Greedy management, poor quality service.

customer service was lacking. I also felt like the person who helped me couldn't see very well and cut my cuticle and left hair as she applied polish.
