What was the turkey in the waldorf salad, it was slimy and gross, maybe some vegan composite. I feed it to my dog and he is not feeling well this morning.

The food was delicious and I appreciated the care put into making the food. The only drawback is it took longer than standard time to make 2 salads. I noticed several customers weren't happy how long they had to wait.
