Very friendly staff and clientele - people are all very welcoming. Bustling place, amazingly good sound insulation (in the yoga room you actually can't hear the spin class next door. Great space, amazing sun exposure w/ the wraparound windows. I haven't tried the spin yet, but the yoga is good.
