The side dishes are amazing! My wife and I loved the Mac N Cheese and coleslaw the best. The brisket is really moist and tender. It's the best BBQ you can get outside of Texas!

Fantastic BBQ

First you may share my rating & positive comment with public if that's what you are referring to however please only share my constructive criticism with others that could assist to make their place better...first the barbecue beans were spectacular! Loved them so much :) . My suggestions as a customer...The two younger gentlemen appeared to be the only ones working. They were very nice but as msny young men these days not modivated to keep the place in tip top shape. Standing around instead of 1. Cleaning up a messy table someone rudy left, or another table with lots of fries on the floor around it.2 The ice cream area did not look good. It really should be checked fequently to look its best, instead appeared they only clean it hopefully each night -but really shou k d be more...the. Cone box was empty in the set up, however my sister looked in another box behind it for cones & reached in about 1/4 of the way to grab us each a cone which in my eyes an eyebrow lifter. My suggestion is to micromanage these kind of workers or schedule at least one go getter in the shift and allow them to deligate the assistance in order for both employees to take pride in their surroundings. Meaning if they have work to do...do it not stand behind counter visiting each other or on cell Phones etc....they are hired to work yet appear to be unmotivated!

Don't worry, it is only once removed from being vegetarian.
