Randy is awesome and very helpful. The Dr was very informative about the service and steps that I needed to take to see the best results. He also kept checking to make sure I was not in any discomfort which was nice. The Dr also advised which areas may need retreating. So fingers crossed I will proudly wear my open toe shoes and sandals next summer. ; )

The treatments didn't work. When measuring, it is quite obvious that the tape measure is being pulled tighter for the 'After' measurement as opposed to the 'Before' measurement. To be fairer, maybe a caliper should be used instead of a tape measure. Also, once the treatments were over and it was obvious there was no change for me, i wasn't given any type of recourse. They should at least suggest they can give me two more treatments for free or a very reduced price because I paid a lot of money for a service that didn't work.
