I enjoy the infrared sauna for my overall health. I saw improvements in my skin tone and my sleep patterns improved. The sauna is spacious and you have the option to listen to relaxing music while enjoying a session. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable in alternative health benefits.

Overcame my fear of acupuncture thanks to Ms. Pat/Pam knowledge and patience to answer all my questions. The acupuncture along with the cupping assisted with my journey to detoxing and healing my body internally. I no longer have tingling in my feet or fingers for the first-time in 18 years. I definitely recommend this office for their cleanliness and attentiveness to clients' needs and availability allowing space for time to answer questions.
