Very friendly and relaxing environment, I went for the Mani and pedi and I liked how my nails came out!

I had an appointment for 10am and there was no one there when I got there. It was probably a mixed up with appointments but had to wait there with my baby girl for 20 min. The job was excellent though, just the time hiccup.

My nail polish peeled off completely the day after my manicure and I am sure it is because you did not have me wash my hands before you applied it. This happened to me once before and the same thing - the nail tech failed to have me wash my hands before she polished - she just wiped my nails with alcohol. Other than that it was great but I tipped 10$ for a mani pedi and got 1 day out of it.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND YOUR BUSINESS IS SHADY.

You should be a lot more friendly to your customers. I didnt feel welcomed at all, i felt like the ladies who did our nails were annoyed that we showed up. I would never go back. I wasnt offered anything to drink.
