About Haute Yoga

No matter what the weather is like outside, The Yoga Society's studio remains a balmy 90 degrees. This toasty environment helps to loosen muscles so students can achieve deeper stretches as they flow through a challenging series of poses. Power Vinyasa—a type of yoga characterized by its energetic pace—is the preeminent style here, but the schedule also features a wide variety of classes for students of all tastes and experience levels. Restorative Yin yoga, for example, is a slow-paced class in which students reap the soothing benefits of poses held for longer durations. Haute Nights, on the other hand, is a form of yoga practiced by candlelight, the way they did it in Shakespeare's England.
