They needs to hire a better employee that know what pamper is, because I'm sure didn't get that feeling. I rather have my own facial at home if I want to get a rough and choking experienced.

I will never go back their agian. their chair for mani pedi chair didnt even work.

After I left and read the description of the service I realized that they did not do any of the massages that were listed in the gold bar facial. The facial was good, she did leave the room 3 times to answer the phone and speak with her co worker.

False advertisement. Nothing spa about my manicure or pedicure.

The whole appointment booking system is rediculous. You needed to call a 646 number, leave a message and, per the answering machine, someone will call back in 20 minutes. No one ever called back!!! I had to find a spa myself and go there personally. I explained the situation and they were nice enough to help me. I wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone. I won't be a returning customer either.

i went to the forest hills location and the experience was horrible. the lady who did my nails had no idea how to do nails..she left a lot of cuticles and did a really bad paint job. during the pedicure she used a bowl lined with a garbage bag as the water bin instead of the actual one in the chair..i assume that was broken.there were only old nailpolishes..it was a really bad experience!

I will never step foot at Rani Spas again. And I will tell all my friends not to bother wasting their money on what they think is pampering. The experience was the worst I have ever had in my life for a mani pedi.

They need more colors and pedicure chairs. I got a mani/pedi and the service was not very good. I wanted to do get it done at the same time as my friend but they only had one pedicure chair so we had to wait for one another. I ended up getting a color I didn't really want. It wasn't the best experience unfortunately.
