Matt did a partial highlight and cut for me and I LOVE it! I am really picky when it comes to my blonde because I have left with orange, pink, and white stripes before... He did such a great job blending the new blonde into my old blonde and giving me the natural look I was going for. He also cut my hair exactly how I wanted it with lots of texture and shape. Highly recommend, Thanks Matt!
