Erica, the stylist, is either the best or one of the top two stylists I’ve had at Kenneth’s Training Academy. The front desk person Sat. a.m. 3/29/25 was a total turn-off; did not smile once (though I’m always pleasant), played with her hair braids/dreds, and is totally unsuited to be a front-desk or service person. Might be conscientious but it’s clear she doesn’t like her job, was bored, and doesn’t like customers. All previous front-desk people have been very good. Kenneth’s, you need to pay front-desk people well and have only people at front desk who are professional, have class, and like people.

My hair has been bleach blonde forever, I wanted something different. I was super nervous going to someone new. LAYNE absolutely killled it and I’m so glad to finally find my new stylist!

Niya did a great job. She listened and was very thorough in making sure I’m ok with each steps. Salon is nice, bright and clean.

Emma did an excellent job weaving, cutting and styling my hair.

Tyra did an excellent job. She listened to what I wanted and asked questions along the way. I'm very happy with the end result.
