glasses are overpriced

I was a patient of Rinkov for several years prior to my recent visit and probably wouldn't return for future services based on my recent visit. I asked Deidra a Licensed Optometrist for my pupillary distance after measuring my eyes for my new frames and she stated “that she was unable to provide that information because it would put her license in jeopardy”. Deidra’s comment really bothered me so the next day I contacted the Ohio Board of Optometry (OBO) and was told that Deidra gave me a dishonest response. The OBO indicated that Optometrist is required by law to provide patients with the best accurate information and it is unethical to be “dishonest” with patients and recommended that I file a complaint w/the OBO. Since Rinkov prefer to withhold patient information then I rather visit an eyecare center that cares about their patients.
