Nice place, good food. I few games weren't working properly but someone was able to fix them in a timely manner.

Arrive early, stay until lunch. It gets a little busy after that. Bring quarters for kiddie rides and $1 bills for game tokens. Have fun!

The machines were barely working and tickets were not coming out properly. I had a great service by the guy that work that night. Other then that it was great for the kids.

It's a great concept and really could be a great place I things were taken care of, and had ample staff that were kid friendly. The playscape area is torn and pieces that are suppose to enclose high areas are ripped leaving gaping holes.

Security is lacking. No precautions taken to prevent someone from leaving with your child. Many items out of order.

The arcade machines more than half were not working or empty. Play escape needs some cleaning. Also they need more staff two people can't run the business.

Many of the arcade games were broken- they did not give tickets when they were suppose to-and the majority of the games were boring and outdated. Felt understaffed as everyone was frazzled and it was necessary to wait an extended time at every area.
