I had done a lot of research on laser hair removal/reduction so knew what to expect as far as the actual process. I have started growing some thick black chin hairs, perfect for this process, and started seeing results after the first treatment. It was easy to make an appointment. The receptionist and technician are both very friendly. Plenty of parking available within a block.

Dr. Florino explained the process to me being I am a first timer for laser hair removal. The session was quick. It does feel like a snap of a rubber band, as he said, but there was no pain as I left.
