I am happy with the service here at LNT. Loi is very knowledgeable and confident in his work. He explained well what is going on with my hair. I know for a fact that chopping it off will be the solution and I am not fund of short hair. BUT he made me feel comfortable and went ahead and did it...... I love what he did with my hair and had lots of compliments with family, friends, and co workers. On another hand, Tiffany is great. She made my daughter feel at ease. My daughter did a hair cut as well and she liked it too.

After reading other reviews I requested that Loi cut my hair and he was absolutely incredible. He consulted with me and explained what he was doing every step of the way while he was cutting my hair, so I was never nervous and I knew my hair would look exactly how I wanted it to. He was really sweet and did such an amazing job. I don't think I'll go anywhere but to him ever again
