Excellent service. Great massage and reflexology. Looking forward to my visit next month.

It was very hard to schedule with them. The said to call do I did and then the voice mail said to email so I did. They didn't return emails for several days. I paid for two massages and only ended up getting one since it took over a month to schedule and get in. I felt ripped off.

70 minute service was actually only 50 minutes

Didn't get what we paid for. So sad.

Unprofessional and unorganized. Didn't think there was such a thing as a "bad" massage. I was wrong!!

The therapist was rude and incredibly difficult to deal with. I tried setting up an appointment several times over many months. When I finally got one worked out I wasn't aware that she had moved across town. I ended up being 10 minutes late and she refused to see me because she had marked me as a no show even though I had tried calling several times. She never called to check to see if I was coming or anything.

They never answer the phone or returns calls

While it's hard to have a bad massage, I definitely had my worst one here. The hot stone and reflexology parts were essentially non- existent. A few scalding hot stones stuck between my toes is hardly a hot stone massage or reflexology. The woman providing the massage was chatty, and would stop the massage to gesture with her hands about whatever she was talking about, despite my face being in the cradle. At 50% off, I still overpaid.

Theresa was way too hyper. She didn't make me feel calm or relaxed during my massage. She was also way to rough and rushed during my massage. I really wasn't a fan or her technic or the way she acted with me. I would not go back.
