They are a well oiled machine. Someone to greet you as you pull up. I asked them to use my torque stick to limit the tightness of the lug nuts and prevent warping of the discs. They used it and quickly performed the oil change. I was in and out in well under 30 minutes. I like the fact that they offer tire rotation along with the oil change.
