The people were friendly, there was no waiting, and they took their time, there was no rushing even though I came at the end of the day

I was very pleased with the service provided. The staff was very welcoming.

I went in for an eyebrow wax and while getting that done, I asked if there was any way they could give me a haircut and highlights. It was a saturday and they were quite busy, but they fit me in and my hair looked great. Would go back again.

Aside from the slightly out of date decor, the staff was friendly and kind. Services were affordable.

I only went for the Brazilian wax and I had trouble the first few times trying to schedule the appointment since no one was picking up the phone. I called on several days because I didn't want to leave a message and get a live person to speak to. I finally got through to someone yesterday and scheduled some time for today. Although I had no wait time, I was not impressed with the quality of the service. There were still some areas that were not thoroughly waxed and I was told that she didn't want go over the area because of skin sensitivity and that I could easily pull out some of the hairs myself. I have gotten Brazilian before and they have all come out very clean and thorough.
