Emery Wellness Center offers active assisted stretching sessions. Active assisted stretching is designed to be a very safe and effective way to prevent injury, recover and keep your body in a good sense of balance, unlock muscle tightness, open up your joints/back and promote circulation.

What do you love most about your job?
The best part of our job is to see previously active individuals or athletes be able to get back to the sports and activities they were doing years ago without getting hurt. When we hear clients say “Thank you for helping me to run, golf or exercise all without hurting myself!” that's satisfying.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When a customer told me that they were seeing a Chiropractor 3 times a week and they stopped because they felt the most improvement in one stretch session with us.

Had my first stretching session with Eric. The stretching session helped tremendously to relieve pain in my lower back and hip. I am feeling so much better!!
Eric is very professional and knowledgeable. He will explain in advance what he will be doing.
The office is clean and organized. Definitely plan to return. Highly recommend.

Eric was awesome. I went for a stretching session (My first of 4). He was friendly, and explained every stretch. He took utmost care while performing the stretches with me. I felt great after my session. Its now been 6 hours since my session, and my lower body still feels loose and flexible with any discomfort. Going back next week for number 2.
