I wish there were more classes aimed at seniors and 'almost seniors' that are available during late morning - early afternoon.

Would be very nice if nurses were included in the membership discount along with firefighters, police, ems workers and teachers !! Nurses get no respect!

Went yesterday for the first time to attend a yoga class and today for a pilates class. Both were excellent. I look forward to attending other sessions.

The staff is very nice however the space is small in comparison to the amount of equipment they pack in. have not tried classes yet.
