The 1st mani pedi was among the best I've had. The second not so good. Staff should be given clippers (yes, I get the liability issues) or coarser files. Shortening my toe nails is among the reasons I have pedicures.

Only one negative - no nail dryers - so my nails took a very long time to dry and did not dry thoroughly before leaving.
