The staff was very prompt in answering my questions. The space was beautiful clean and friendly. The class leader was well spoken, and decisive in the direction of poses.

I’m so excited that virtual classes are being offered. Class today was amazing! Just what I needed to stretch, regain strength and remember to breathe and I cannot wait to continue taking classes.

Instructor was very friendly made you feel comfortable as a beginner. Space was perfect plenty of room for each student.
