Although the treatment worked well, the open space and sharing the environment with people you don't know felt uncomfortable. Also, he didn't interact or check on us intermittently.

Kind of a creepy environment, as the "office" was set up in a studio with four chairs, and a desk right as you walk in. The phone # also rings to a Google voice #, with no voicemail. In additoin, the guy administering the treatment would constantly take calls, many of them personal, while rotating patients. It definitely did not seem like a professional environment.

He is a very nice guy, but might need to learn more about his product, and perhaps act a bit more professional. The whitening however worked great!

Technician on personal calls entire time. They apply Vitamin D to gums before applying peroxide to teeth. He used a cotton swab and touched the multidose bottle of vitamin d multiple times and then back, contaminating the bottle.

Took 2 weeks to schedule an appointment because "their phone system was down." The atmosphere was very unprofessional with two giggling girl employees bouncing around and taking pictures of themselves. I wasn't all that impressed with the results of the teeth whitening itself. Definitely will not go back.
