About Cooper's Corner

Cooking a steak takes mere minutes, but learning to do it perfectly takes years. Chef Will knows this fact all too well—he's spent the last two decades honing his meat expertise. At Cooper's Corner, his slow-roasted prime rib headlines a menu of steaks, chops, and roasts. Not all of the entrees are beef, however: Chef Will serves up braised balsamic barbecue pork shanks, veal picatta, and crab-stuffed shrimp with equal aplomb. Dinner typically comes with a show, too, whether it's a magician who performs right next to your table or band members who perform right next to each other.
